Smoking lounges can be found at the following locations: Terminal 1 (Upper level, Gate D12), Terminal 2 (Near the departure area), and Terminal 3 (Gates A2, A23, B7, B27, C9, C23).

Baggage storage
Baggage storage services are available at Terminals 1 and 3, open 24/7. Unfortunately, Terminal 2 does not offer this service. Prices for standard size luggage at Terminal 1 start at AED40 for 12 hours or less, while non-standard size luggage starts at AED50. Truly a very large airport, well-built and very beautiful. Very well organized, ready to welcome travelers from around the world. There is a large waiting area for everyone, as well as paid lounges, souvenir shops, restaurants, and fast food options. The restrooms are always clean and well-maintained, and there are even drinking water stations. It's fascinating to be able to admire people from all corners of the world in one place.
